By using dcwsolutions.co you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website. If you become a client, your credit repair or funding engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
What we do, and what we don’t
- DCW Solutions provides credit repair and funding consulting services. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no charge. Credit repair services in the United States are regulated by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and by state law.
- No result is guaranteed. We cannot promise that any specific item will be removed or that your score will rise by any amount. Results depend on your reports and on how the credit bureaus and creditors respond.
- For funding, approvals, amounts, and terms are decided by lenders, not by DCW Solutions. We cannot guarantee funding.
- Client results, screenshots, and messages on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Names may be changed for privacy.
Plans, payment, and refunds
Plan descriptions and prices on the site (Expedited and Monthly) are summaries. The full terms, including what is included and our cancellation and 90-day refund terms, are in your written service agreement. Payments are processed by Square. Prices and offers may change for future purchases.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information.
- Do not ask us to make untrue or misleading statements about your credit, and do not use our services to misrepresent your identity or credit history to any lender or creditor.
- Only submit referral information about people who have agreed to be contacted.
Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying referrals at the rates confirmed when you register and on your partner call, paid after the referred client’s payment clears. Affiliates must not guarantee results, misstate our services or pricing, or promote us in misleading ways, and must clearly disclose their relationship with us (for example, by saying they earn a commission) when promoting DCW Solutions. We may change commission terms for future referrals and may end an affiliate’s participation if these terms are broken.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Our content
The site’s content, design, and logo belong to DCW Solutions or its licensors. You may view them for your own personal use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Third-party services
Forms, scheduling, and payments on this site are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DCW Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
