Who we are
DCW Solutions (“DCW Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is a credit repair and funding consulting business. This policy explains what information we collect through dcwsolutions.co, our forms, calls, and messages, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email contact.dcwsolutions@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, register as an affiliate, refer someone, or become a client, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, credit score range, the negative items on your reports, your goals and circumstances, and, for funding inquiries, your income range, the amount you want, and business details.
- Client onboarding details. If you become a client, our onboarding form collects the additional details needed to pull your credit reports and dispute items. This can include sensitive information such as your date of birth and Social Security number.
- Email sign-ups. If you ask for our free credit report checklist, we collect your email address so we can send it and share occasional credit tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Referrals. If you refer someone, we collect the details you submit about them. Please only refer people who have agreed to be contacted.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Square. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Collected automatically. Device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address, using cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies, analytics, and advertising” below).
- Messages and calls. What you send us by email or text, and notes from our calls.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
- To provide the credit repair and funding services you ask for, including preparing and sending disputes on your behalf.
- To process payments and send receipts and service updates.
- To run our affiliate program and pay commissions.
- To understand how the site is used, measure our marketing, and improve our services.
- To send marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
- To meet legal obligations and to prevent fraud and misuse.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that help us operate: Netlify (website hosting and our funding and checklist sign-up forms), our dispute-management software provider (client, referral, and affiliate forms and client records), Cal.com (call scheduling), Square (payments), and our email and text providers.
- Credit bureaus, creditors, and data furnishers, when we dispute items on your behalf as our client.
- Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google and Meta, if they are turned on for the site.
- Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We may use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and which ads bring people to it, for example Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may collect information such as the pages you view and the links you click. We do not send the contents of your form answers (such as your credit score range or income) to these tools. Microsoft Clarity may record how you move, click, and scroll on our pages so we can improve them; we mask form fields so what you type is not captured.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load advertising pixels. You can also turn these tools off yourself under Your privacy choices below. You can also opt out through the tools themselves, for example Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on and your ad preferences in Meta’s settings.
Text messages
If you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, and the services you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing contact.dcwsolutions@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are required to retain, such as client and payment records.
California residents: you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request correction or deletion; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Your privacy choices
Some of the tools we use to measure our site and our advertising, such as Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, may count as “sharing” personal information under California law. We do not sell your personal information. You can turn these tools off for this browser at any time:

How long we keep it, and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party forms and sites
Some forms on our site (including client, referral, and affiliate forms) are provided by our dispute-management software and appear inside our pages. Scheduling and payments happen on Cal.com and Square. Those providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
